Za Te.Be. bags concept is referred to “cradle-to-cradle” within the Circular Economy. It is a variation of “cradle-to-grave”, exchanging the waste stage with a recycling process that makes it reusable for another product, essentially “closing the loop”.

The concept of Za Te.Be. brand is to produce textile bags for multiple use, from already used recyclable and non-recyclable waste materials, according the waste management hierarchy, with very low or neutral production carbon footprint. The strategy is to always use locally available materials, produced or generated as a waste by the local industry or collected by the local waste management companies or organizations. The aim is to minimize the negative influence to the environment compared with production of conventional products.

Za Te.Be. bags are analyzed according the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) in order to be assessed the current environmental impact of the company and set future targets for improvement,
